look, im gonna be brutally honest here, no supplement store is going to give you a good rate on protein. in fact, supplements are too fucking expensive now a days, shits just not worth it anymore.
however, i get my protein either at sams club or proteinfactory.com. if you look up proteinfactory.com their mega whey is comparable to on's whey protein, just much cheaper. i just ordered 20lbs of mega whey vanilla for $140.00, but they had a discount on free shipping. anywase, if you order bulk from them then the shipping works out. its like $15 for 10lbs, and then additional $3 for every 10lbs thereafter in the same order. truenutritions shipping works the same.
There are companies that make protein powders with no label and then people start their own and label it. I dod believe that all protein quality is NOT the same though.
