  • Good rubs and hot sauce

Just wanted to share these meat rubs and hot sauce. I am not affiliated with these products in any way and I'm not trying to plug them. If you're like me after a few weeks of eating nothing but eggs, chicken breast, and steak the thought of taking a bite makes you gag; so making the food flavorful is a must. The Char crust products are AWESOME. My favorite for steaks are the Peppercorn and the Java buzz. I create kind of a thick mud paste using a butt load of rub and about 2 tablespoons olive oil, put generous amounts on the whole steak, and then sear it for 2 minutes a side on extremely high heat (flare ups desirable) then cook until desired doneness on medium high heat on a charcoal grill.

Products :: Char Crust :: Dry-rub seasonings for all meat and fish - easy, fast & delicious!

The 9 80 Panama Wild Cilantro sauce is great on all kinds of stuff. I use it mainly on chicken and rice but I know a few people who love it on their eggs.

I haven't seen either of these products in normal stores.... I found them at my in-laws kitchen store (again not affiliated with the products).... but they can be ordered on line I'm sure.

That chipotle one sounds good too. I need something new for chicken don't know how much more I can handle eating before I start clucking.
