    Hey guys I am currently 5'11" tall and 195 at around 5.5% bf...I am extremely lean and my diet is extremely clean. I will post my current diet and if you guys can give me some advice on how slow to add back starches (brown rice and sweet potatoes) or any advice on the lean bulk I appreciate it.
    current diet
    meal 1:
    2 whole eggs, 5 egg whites
    1/2 cup coats
    snack:
    pure protein bar
    meal 2:
    5-6 oz. 96/4 ground beef
    1.5 cup brocoli
    1/2 grape fruit
    meal 3:
    2 cans chunk tuna
    1.5 cup brocoli
    meal 4:
    8 oz. chicken
    1.5 cup brocoli or salad
    post workout:
    2 scoops whey protein
    meal 5:
    8 oz. chicken
    2 cups brocoli
    before bed:
    1.5 scoop casein protein

    3-4 days a week I add 1/2 cup (cooked) brown rice to and push the 1/2 grape fruit to meal 3.
    Im currently doing cardio 6 days a week 30-45 minutes.

    What changes should I make/how much cardio should I take away as its keeping my legs exhausted doing it along with heavy legs once a week/what supplements as im coming off 40mg var a day, and infusion 2 thermogenic.

    I have a cheat day every two weeks where I eat a healthy breakfast but full of whole wheat carbs (met rx protein pancakes and muffins) and one or two meals where I eat whatever I want.

    i was also thinking of using ezekiel bread more in this lean bulk than brown rice...any thoughts there as well are appreciated

      i say add in some good healthy fat volume in there if you are going to keep the carbs so low. maybe some evoo and or coconut oil. that should help to keep your muscles growing while staying lean.

        possibly an avocado with your chicken..

        that is pretty clean eating. why wouldn't you want a sweet potato in there daily anyway great energy food as far as adding it slow ,no clue ..

          I would just up your meat intake when you have 8 oz portions make them 10 or 12 oz portions s few more egg whites in the am keep everything else the same

            thanks guys, i have already slowly begin to add back 5-6 almonds per meal..I want to add some carbs back but I dont want to gain a lot of fat back. My energy levels get very low, that is one reason im cheating every couple weeks to replenish my glycogen levels. any advice on how much rice, sweet potatotes, oats, or ezekiel bread to add back to the diet above?? and any advice on how many days of cardio i should do during the lean bulk as doing 6 days a week is also keeping me very tired and run down.

              when I diet ,which hasn't been for some time due to the fact I love food 3 of my first 4 meals contain carbs meal 1 oatmeal ,meal 2 ezekial bread and meal 4 right before w/o sweet potato. I can loose 3lbs a week and do no cardio eating those everyday. I need carbs if I don't I wont feel full like I should and my energy is zapped. with the other 3 or 4 meals it will be strict protein and veggies with 1 meal adding an avocado for fat . I do have a very physical job so it helps but I don't know how you can go days on end without carbs , I would go nuts.. I would think good carbs daily would be more beneficial than no carbs at all and would aid in your plan . early morning and pre w/o would be a have to for me at the least
