Hey guys I am currently 5'11" tall and 195 at around 5.5% bf...I am extremely lean and my diet is extremely clean. I will post my current diet and if you guys can give me some advice on how slow to add back starches (brown rice and sweet potatoes) or any advice on the lean bulk I appreciate it.
current diet
meal 1:
2 whole eggs, 5 egg whites
1/2 cup coats
snack:
pure protein bar
meal 2:
5-6 oz. 96/4 ground beef
1.5 cup brocoli
1/2 grape fruit
meal 3:
2 cans chunk tuna
1.5 cup brocoli
meal 4:
8 oz. chicken
1.5 cup brocoli or salad
post workout:
2 scoops whey protein
meal 5:
8 oz. chicken
2 cups brocoli
before bed:
1.5 scoop casein protein
3-4 days a week I add 1/2 cup (cooked) brown rice to and push the 1/2 grape fruit to meal 3.
Im currently doing cardio 6 days a week 30-45 minutes.
What changes should I make/how much cardio should I take away as its keeping my legs exhausted doing it along with heavy legs once a week/what supplements as im coming off 40mg var a day, and infusion 2 thermogenic.
I have a cheat day every two weeks where I eat a healthy breakfast but full of whole wheat carbs (met rx protein pancakes and muffins) and one or two meals where I eat whatever I want.
