    What HH said. Eat. Keep in mind we are short and 220+ lbs. You have a lot more frame to fill out.

        what he said im 6'2'' and most of my friends look much bigger then me. but they are also smaller. eat train and sleep like a champ youll get there

          I'm not going for the skinny beach bod for summer anyways, I'm cool with how I look currently, since I'm not a fat as fat fat, so I think I'm going to try to at least get in the habit of bulking up, since it may take me a bit longer than you vets, but thank you for the support!
          I'd go to planet fitness, but I'd hate to set off the Lunk Alarm.

                  Don't worry about what you look like any way. It is hard for me too I always want more. But I try to focus on small goals and breaking pr's. Before you know it you have reached a large goal when you were busy breaking all the small ones. keep the pace brother.

                    look, he has no legs bc he runs a lot, the guy is a sprinter, how is he suppose to get the bad guys if he cant sprint to them. if you have jay cutler sized legs aint no way you running anywhere fast. in fact im happy that he has no legs bc his agility and endurance would be gone to shit and then what are you going to do when your in danger surrounded by enemies, punch and claw your way out?                       i read the posts the other guys wrote and i think you get that you need too and be constant with it. i'd just like to add a tip about 30 mins after your workout take in 100 carbs with a protein shake with 50gs in it. i use to eat a can of fruit cocktail for the carbs

                        I remember baby mentioned carbs the other day along with the protein shake, but I wasn't sure about where to go for that without taking in tons of fat, thanks bm.

                        And as a note to everyone else, Wolverine is jacked in the origins movie, little legs or not, he would cut cutler to pieces. Just saying. haha

                          Look at Justin gatlin or Tyson gay's legs. They are monsters. Usain bolt is removed from this because of his height.

                                hey man, these guys have all given you a solid base to start with. now go over into the members log area and check out my log. my diet in the offseason changes every week from high to low carbs and then my entire prep for this seasons shows is in there as well. should give you an idea of logging and what i do.
