I use MHP's TRAC or V12, all the others come in 2nd best...don't think so put them to a challenge any day of the week, it a proven fact!!!Comment

Pro Lab Creatine (pure) is great.. Then buy some pure dextrose at a health food store, 40 grams of dext with added creatine makes a great cocktail with a match to go..Success cannot be guaranteed. There are no safe battles..Comment
