What kind/brand Creatine do you use?

I'm going to try AST's Creatine HSC in about a month.

Has anybody tried this??

straight from syntrax, it's creatine anhydrous.

for the rest i use tri-creatine products once in a while

"PROLAB" all the way. I use dextrose. I recall reading a while ago that its 75 gms dex./5 gms Crea. , Shit I tried that, lets just say my stomach was a little upset. 4 tbls was better/ 60 gms. I only took it p/wo.
