    If your eating healthy foods, I don't see emotional eating being a huge problem, other than the fact when you cannot eat what will you use to replace it besides feeling on edge.

        Me too, I don't eat if I feel sad. If I feel allright I can eat all day long.

          I SOMETIMES HAVE TROUBLE GETTING AN APPETITE AFTER WORKING OUT BECAUSE OF MY PRE-WORKOUT DRINK..ONCE IN AWHILE IT GIVES ME ANXIETY

            Yeah that is a good thing to watch for, is loss of appetite due to stimulation.
