  • A good meal tracker

FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal

This website lets you store and track your daily calorie intake and it also estimates how many calories you burn if you do not know already. I think it is very accurate, I used it before and was satisfied with it. You can even create custom foods and exercises to add in there. It is not a bad thing to use at all and very useful.

It works great for meal planning, and I've found the macros are right on. I can give a client a macro breakdown and give them the freedom to choose their own foods.

I use to use Calorie King. Nice software, plus you could upload your own meals and such. Don't give a crap about calories anymore... bring on the beef!
