      still floating around the 199 mark, been struggling with the diet this week and haven't taken in as much as i should but still 95% clean diet! Muscles are starting to harden up a bit, can't wait to start peeling back the fat to see what i have created!!

        nice man, remember to cut down fat while on cycle, do not do it in pct. I like to harden up the last 2-3 weeks, since your gonna need to keep cals high to save muscle

          When should I start cutting back fat, I was talking about BF not fat intake for calories, but shouldn't i increase protein intake the last few weeks of cycle?

            Personally when I will start leaning out is the last 3 weeks of my cycle. However I dont change my food intake at all b/c Im not really cutting i consider it putting the finishing touches on. My BF is pretty low already but I just increase cardio. Right now I do about 10m on treadmill 1x a week, last 3 weeks will be 3 to 5 days at 10-15m a day depending on results.

              my BF is nowhere as low as yours, I am gonna have to do something about this dang belly fat, i can't see the lower section of my ab's nor the sides and it drives me crazy! I swear, i could go to eating grass and running 5 days a week for ever and I just can't seem to rid myself of it!

                haha, this is why I wont cycle above 12% BF, I see no point in gaining muscle that you wont be able to see b/c its covered by fat. How many weeks left on your cycle? Running isnt the only cardio you can do. My workouts are very intense with very little rest in between sets usually about 5-10 seconds between sets. I get better results from training like that then running. Maybe try holding your cals where they are now and start working out with less rest and 15m on treadmill 3x a week b4 your workout.

                  My cycle ends 3 weeks from Thurs. Now that I have another race bike that i am happy with i will be riding more so that will deff. help me cut back some fat. It isn't really that bad, i don't mind that i am not ripped and shredded, the stars haven't been exactly lined up for me for several years. I'll get there before long, remember that you are younger than i am and probably have more free time to dedicate to the process.

                    Okay nows a good time to start cleanin up your diet 1 step further, take a good look at ur diet and make it flawless clean for the last 3 weeks. Increase the tempo of your workout and do 15m treadmill 3-5x a weekdepending on results. You need to watch your body though you dont want to lose muscle. N ya def a few years younger than you, but certainly a neg on the more free time, i wish.

                      looks like you have had some good results so far. Just keep at it. Up your cardio a bit and hold your cals steady but very clean. I agree with this ^ knucklehead that you will end up with good results. I know i have had some serious set backs the last couple of weeks but im back at it know and ready to shed some bodyfat and get shredded out for summer. I have two goals of mid july and mid august for how i look. set a goal thats attainable and then achieve.

                        Good advice there, dont set unrealistic goals. Too many people do this and get disapointed and quit. Building a really nice physique is not a sprint.

                          It took me a while to get this myself, I had some real shitty luck from the age 22 till about a year ago, to where i finally took a good look at myself and decided enough was enough and I was gonna get my body back to the way it was or make it solid and the i got a little discouraged last year when i didn't slim down like i wanted, then i realized that i did have some unattainable goals set. Thanks for the good advice and positive motivation guys, it deffinantly helps!

                            Ok guys, the last 3 weeks of the cycle started today, gonna stay super clean on the diet for these weeks and hope to get some good finishing results. I am not going to pack the calories on as much but stay very clean and lean, starting to add more cardio this week also. Gotta start building endurance also, I am chasing points in my class that i race and have 2 more races to finish off the season. Going for a top 3 in my class this year!

                                well i ahve run low on gear so the cycle is getting shotened one week. Am i happy with my results, Yes considering a few ups and downs in this elevator business we call life! Thanks for all the support from you guys and all the suggestions and comments! Looking forward to the next one already!
