    Just remember the most important part of the cycle hasnt started yet and thats PCT. When you first come off you may feel a little slugish and not really want to hit the weights as hard or have the appetite but just remember you gotta push through that and your test levels return to normal soon and you hopefully kept a decent amount of weight.       hopefully! It has been hard to eat since my power has been out for almost 5 days, also been doig a lot of volunteer work and clean-up from the tornado that ripped through my county. I am hoping to get back to the gym this week/tomorrow, I have been missing out!

        dude...those tornado's did some serious damage!!! i'm glad to see your alright!! keep up the good work of helping out...i'm sure alot of folks appreciate it

          i would suggest going and getting some tribulus and start taking about 8000mg a day right now. Ever since i added trib into my pct it's a whole new ball game. I usually do 8000 2weeks before end until 2-4 weeks after end of cycle then every 2 weeks i step it down 2000mg until 4000mg and ill stay there for as long as i want.

            I have never seen any proof trib does anything but waste peoples money. I'm a fan of overkill but for me personally I cant see trib helping PCT, but to each there own.

              I am gonna run the Nolva/clomid as I was suggested to do being this was my first cycle ever! I am probably gonna run my next cycle the same but maybe add winny, not sure yet.

              Who here has used any of Extreme Peptides Nolva/clomid?? i am curious of results! please post up if you have.

                so the past couple weeks haven't been the best, my diet has gotten off track but i am not eating completely crappy. I started doing a lot more cardio and have thus far backed down from 200lb. to about 192 in almost 3 weeks, i am starting to get a flatter mid section. I am gonna jump in to a cleaner diet starting next week and still try and maitain a higher protein diet but not as many calories. For the past 2 days i have started feeling a little sick and it sucks because it is making me not feel like doing anything, not sure if it is a lack of good calories, switching vitamins, or my Nolva/Tribulus. Thought i would post up and let every1 know where i was at after finishing up my first cycle. Thoughts, comments, and suggestions are appreciated.

                I am gonna start planning my next cycle soon and deffinantly make sure i am more prepared and suited up for it!
