      Damn, that seems like a lot of food to me. I don't think I could eat that much. You must be huge.
      As for your workouts, as long as you are focused on squatting and deadlifting, you will get thicker. You could pretty much do nothing but squats and deads and you could get huge. Make sure you hit all ranges of reps. Work up to as many as 20 reps on squats and as few as 3-5. Mostly in the 8-10 range. Throw in weighted and unweighted dips and pullups and calf raises and there is your entire program. Any other exercises you decide to add are just accessories to the basic 5 exercises. Keep it simple and go crazy. Cardio is HIIT with heavy bag, flippin tire, sled, sprints, stadium or hills.

        AWESOME! I wish i was huge! I am trying to get the rest of my body to grow out with my belly!

        I started this Plan on Monday and will continue until May 19th which is when i am to do my last inj., then take a mild break then start trying to burn some aquired fat from around my creation. Hell, I am almost 29 and single, what do i got to loose... !

          dzone didnt mention he was 6'3 and 137lbs!! lol...kidding D. looking at it again, i guess i should have worded my responce better...it dosnt seeem like enough protien....its enough food i think, just not enough protien....i could be wrong becouse it dosnt say serving amount, but the picture doesnt look like its 50grm of protien worth of meat to me....looks like 4 or 5 oz, tops

            I always throw in a protein shake with my meals. Keeps me from washing down my food with water or something sweet. Plus I get another 20+ grams of protein. I am up to 208 now... Looking at 215 by the end of April.... I am getting about 4,000 calories a day I feel like. But my protein is around 275 grams.. I would gain more if I cut out cardio and slowed down my routine...

              good job brother...and thats a great idea. i did that too a few years ago...its hard getting that kind of wholefood protien down!! i can now, but i had to build it up

                i have been dieting for 2 weeks now and i can't wait to bulk again this winter. I keep saying im gonna do a big one but this year is gonna be the year although i did hit 290 this year lol. Keep up the good work man and slowly keep adding the food in there. I think to many people try and slam a bunch of food right off the bat. Your body needs to be able to adjust to eating those amounts. everyday shoot for an extra egg or extra 4 ounces of meat somewhere.

                        We are all where we are at, as long as our body is formed the way we want then that is all that matters. I too would like to be around 250 with 10% bf but I don't have the height, i am shooting for thick chest and wide shoulders. Keep up the good work guys, I came here for some education and inspiration and I think I made I good decision. BTW, Visa is now sponsoring my grocery bills.... Haha!

                          looks like the scale has moved a few #'s over these past 2 weeks, a lot more ppl notice my gains now than I do though. Crazy!

                          Well, looks like make like a baby and head out, thanks to those who have quinched my thirst for knowledge!

                            other WILL notice first. we see ourselves everyday. its better to take a couple pics before starting a program, then look at picks 30 or 45 days later to check results. when i look at old pics of myself and look in the mirror...i cant believe the changes

                              I have been taking a side and front shot pic every monday since the cycle started, gradual progression!

                                sitting at 199lb. for the moment, cut back on the calorie intake just a bit this past week and gonna remain the same next week but add more cardio!! Sweet potatoes and chicken all week, can't wait till sunday/cheat day
