Well, I have a book at home called Sprint 8s. It was developed by a guy in my hometown. It usually only takes like 20-30 minutes tops. You can google Sprint 8s

It is basically just you warming up, then for instance, you jog for 60 seconds, then go all out for 30 seconds, jog 60, all out 30, etc...there are different forms of it but this gives you the idea. Supposedly it shreds fat because it makes your body burn calories for a lot longer after you are done. In the Sprint 8 book, it says that it increase your GH levels.

How bad is natural PB and banana for a pre-workout snack?

i would just do pre workout drink... expand or noxplode. pre workout nutrition would be 60- 90 min before and can be whole food meal of protein and brown rice... PB is good at this meal and banana ok closer to training time. as long as you ajust your meals for cals.
Well, I always drink Super pump 30 minutes before, and I eat tuna at about 3. I was just curious. I thought I had read this somewhere.

Well, judging by the scales this morning, I have lost 4lbs this week. Is that too much too fast?
On a side note, my workout partner told me last night that my arms have doubled in size since we first started in October. I can't tell a lot of difference but he says that I am crazy if I think they haven't gotten much bigger. So, I guess that is good sign.

That is great but you don't want to keep up at that pace. You probably lost mostly water, which is what happens in the beginning. That is good though because who wants to carry extra water. When you eat more carbs you retain more water and since you cut the carbs down, you would see a difference. Great job and take your friends compliment because others will notice those things more than you. Keep up the good work.
One more question. Is it going to hurt progress if I take creatine while doing this? I know many say that creating make you hold water

Well, I had a little sweet craving tonight and ate a twinkie. Not too bad, but it knocked my carbs up 27g. 140 today compared to about 110g usually.

That's okay, you still have to have a cheat meal or treat at least once a week. That is what I think anyway. A twinkie is being good. I would have went for a pizza, ice cream, or a big piece of chocolate cake, or all 3 of them, lol!
