i would not recommend whey isolate... the difference between concentrate and isolate is roughly 10% more protein. not worth the extra $$ as concentrate is an excellent source of protein as it is. isolate is also VERY rapidly absorbed, so if you are going to use it, use it post workout with a postworkout creatine drink, but other than that, you want slower digesting proteins so that you have a steady supply of protein flowing into the bloodstream.
