meal 2-shake w/45grams pro. 10 grams flax oil
meal 3- 10 oz chicken breast with broccoli
meal 4-same as 2
meal 5-pre workout-an apple

meal 6-shake w/50 grams pro and 75 grams of dextrose
meal 7-10 oz chicken breast and 50 grams carbs from brown rice or oat bran.
I have been on for almost 3 weeks and went from a 38 waist to 36 and now they are sagging,training is the same,I'm sure the cycle is also helping.I haven't hoopped on the scale yet but will do so on week 6-7.I also started eating orange roughy instead of damn chicken on some days.All and all its workin well,also about every 10 days I'll eat a double with cheese from wendys so its not that bad
