    glycemic index, low gi-whole grains, oats, etc, high gi-candy,pop..... low gi is low rise in blood glucose, hi gi is the opposite.

      I am dieting too, but not near the progress you are making! Sounds like everything is working well!

        I've been very strict and regimented about my diet and surprisingly - I haven't had any real cravings. I think it's due in part to the fact that I've curtailed my diet to prevent cravings.

        However, when I was visiting my wife two weeks ago, I did have a huge slab of prime rib - does that count?

              congrats on the progress, ive been tryin to lose weight for the past few weeks but alcohol and hot dogs have been screwin everything up, got to get back in the game, gluck brooooo
