        why dont u stay lean year round now? I dont think I ever went above 10% fat..


        Good work IG, Im trying to go from 8 or 9 down to 6%... I just hired IA to help me get there... and after that Im going to stay 6 forever! glad things are working though

          Also, whats the reason for doing your cardio on workout days after the PWO shake? I think doing it in the morning as on the other days would burn off more fat as you could pretty much be sure of being glycogen depleted upon waking, not so much sure at all if the cardio is going to brun fat after your 80grams of carbs PWO

            thats pretty much what i decided to do. not quite as low as 6. but once i get under 10 i won't go above. just gonna eat clean year round.

              Carb craving like mad today. I want to fold a XXL double stuffed pizza in half and shove it down my pie hole. UGH!!!

              I'm going to jump back on the clen tomorrow morning. The ECY GTG stack worked well but I didn't enjoy all the jitters. I have leaned out but need a tan - desperately to show my new lines. Anyone got a digital camera I can borrow? LOL!

                I added the Guggul to see if it would help at all. I really couldn't tell because I was taking so many other compounds at the same time. Go figure... LOL!
