Okay, it's been 5 weeks since I've been dieting and cardio-ing my ass off. I've been using a ECY GT stack and alternating with Liquid Clen. My body fat is down to 16% now using the same bull$hit method (i.e. tape measurements and height/weight chart). I'm stoked on the fact that I've dropped 4% and lost 2 inches off my waist. Happy Happy Joy Joy!!!

I'm using a modified T-Dawg Diet. Getting some great results off of it plus the addition of clen is helpful as well.

That's the ticket ed. Here's what I'm doing on my weight training days:
Pre-Workout: 1 cup of applesauce with 20gm whey protein shake
Workout.
Post-Workout: 40gm whey, 40gm dextrose, 40gm maltodextrin shake
Post-Workout Meal 1: Slow GI food and protein (generally from two different sources - egg whites and cottage cheese, etc...)
Post-Workout Meal 2: Salad with Chicken Breast, 20gm whey shake, 1tbsn flax oil
Post-Workout Meal 3: Tuna with extra virgin olive oil, 6 egg whites
Evening Cardio
Post Cardio Meal: Salad with Chicken Breast or Salmon, cottage cheese
Pre-Bed Meal: 6 egg whites, 1 Turkey Burger Patty, 1tbsn flax oil and 20gm whey protein shake.
On non workout days, I perform cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. The first two meals are slow burn carbs and protein only. Then it's back to Post Workout Meal 2 as listed above.
