    Yesterday was my first day. Went pretty well. I actually forgot about the carb part and drank half a glass of gatorade before remembering. But then I put the rest up. Other than that, the diet/training/mood went well...I'll keep you posted and thanks again, Shiner

      Ok so today, Wednesday is my 3rd day doing this Ananbolic Diet. Last night I made 3 lbs of hamburgers. I quickly covered them with thick pieces of cheese, let the cheese melt and ate 2 covered with spicy mayo, no carb ketchup and mustard. I drank a litre of water and then I started feeling really shitty. I felt really tired, felt like I had grease in my mouth and decided to go sleep it off. I woke up a few hours later, shirt soaked that might be b/c of the tren/prop though. Anyhow I felt better but still have a greasy taste in my mouth. I usually eat really clean so my body is probably freakin out.

            Ok I hope this works bro. My mouth feels like I just drank a cup of grease and it wont go away! When you do the diet what do you eat? Can you throw a sample diet up? Im eating eggs, ground beef, hamburgers, cheese, unsalted peanuts and metamucil all day. I had a chicken breast with cheese on Monday night and then Tuesday night I had a can of tuna mixed with mayo.

              i eat a ton of cheese bro. a ton! i buy blocks of cheedar...ramano...italian table cheese and i just eat that by itself. salads with romane..cheese and pepperoni, salami and ranch dressing. hidden valley ranch...and ranch with bacon. its like 1 carb and 14grams of fat per seving. and its barely any trans fat. umm bunless burgers like u said. steak, bacon, cheese omelets...whole eggs. sometimes i just take shots of olive or canola oil with a pure protein shake. try and get casien protein cause whey is absorbed very quickly and can cause u too have a small spike. for some people

                Yeah Im eating the same stuff bro. Im not drinking olive oil yet. I havent even had a protein shake in the last few days, Im just eating all the red meat, cheese and eggs as I can. I feel ok today, not normal but ok. I need to go buy some more meat tonight, Ive gone through 3 lbs of hamburger meat in 2 days.

                  Sounds like our diets are almost identical. I've been feeling about the same as you. So far, only about 12 grams carbs for the day. Not sure how I feel about the olive oil shots (lol), but i'm willing to try nearly anything right now. I noticed that after only one day of it, I looked a little bit tighter in the mirror this morning. It didn't hit me until later, why, but apparently the diet is taking a minor effect already. Can't wait until the transition of metabolism....Stage by stage, step by step.....

                    You're already tighter? I dunno bro- I feel the same. Are you eating peanuts? Im getting about 12-15 grams of carbs a day as well. What are your stats? Are you pretty lean now or are you a fat-tay. JK. Yeah I can deal with the diet too, thats the cool part. Most diets I feel shitty and unfullfilled. This one I think I just feel shitty now b/c of the transition. Keep this post going!

                      Well, in constantly trying to figure out what my problem was, I kept on baring down and reading/posting/reading/posting. FINALLY, after MUCH help from everyone else, I realized WHY those diets work so well. Once I saw that, I found my trouble area, that i'd overlooked for the past few years.

                      It's Sugar. I never realized that it could hurt you that bad. all of my protein bars had it. My post workout shake had too much of it. some of my energy drinks had it in them...etc. Once I figured that out a couple weeks ago, I tried cutting ALLLLL sugar for two days. LOST 6 Pounds. Crazy, huh? So when this diet was posted by ED, I realized that it would work. Why? b/c it forces you to cut out you sugar. If you have sugar, you therefor have carbs; and that's not allowed. So now i've figured out what my problem was. By lowering my carbs/sugar and upping my protein back up to 250/300 and upping my water from 1 gal to 1.5 gal per day, I've noticed I don't look so F'n bloated. This board works after all......WHAT A F'N SURPRISE, HUH? Now I'm on a role.....peace and good luck, Shiner

                        shiner its normal to see results that quick. depleting the carbs will make u drop water quickly. the days that you should have oil's are on monday especially. all tho i do it everyday. but after carb loading its good to have a diet thats 75% fat on monday. that plus 30-60 minutes of cardio and the vitaimins. ala..magnesium. all that helps u get into ketosis quickly.

                          u might wanna drop the peanuts. they have carbs and you don't wanna munch on them too much. the carbs add up quickly.
