    Day 10:

    i weighed in today at the gym pre-workout at 204!! probably a bit water, but im definitely seein some muscle gain and more thickness so far. ive seen some decent strength gains, too.

    I took some vitamin c today b4 the workout and tried to keep it to under an hour and a half. the result was that i went into the gym psyched up and left feeling pumped and on top. i believe the vit c was a great addition (thanks npursuit).

    im gonna shave my quads tonite to add another couple application spots...im up to 7-8 sprays per application...just takes longer to dry is all.

    other than that, im doing great so far and cant wait til week 3 to start seein some serious gains...thanks again for all the help guys

        On a lighter and downright funnier note, i shaved my quads. now im a pretty hairy guy to begin with, and now it looks like im wearin talll black socks that come right above me knee
        Either way though, it gives me two new and very beneficial application spots. BUT JEEZ IT BURNS!! i put it on prcatically right after i shaved them...bad choice, lol

        todays workout was amazing. i think today was the first day that i got a true taste of what is to come with the ph effect. the pump was awesome, and im just starting to see some true definition and size...and this is JUST THE BEGINNING!!

        on another note, ive been focusing on keeping my workouts to between 45 and 1:15 mins...i can definitely feel a difference for the better!

        im gonna try to get in a quick tricep workout tom, and then ill start up again on suday...

            Good job Phil, and keep bringing them workout times down. Overall it seems like you have the right mindset. Talking about mindset, where the hell is crazy PL at?

                LOL sorry about the burn bro. I guess having to shave a carpet would make for a pretty sensitive area. Perhaps next time you have to shave wait a while after your shower and warm up your quad with warm water and then apply. This way you aren't applying to freshly shaven, never before seen sun skin.

                        DAY 14:

                        so now the much anticipated week 3 begins...

                        So today i got back from my gf's place and was freakin psyched up ready to work out...i got my stuff together, took all my pre-workout supps and walked out the door. i walked to the gym, and when i got there i saw a big sign on the door that it was closed for easter. so, tryin to stay calm, i started the long walk down to my university's gym. i got within 20 yards, and then i ran into my boy, just in time to hear that it was CLOSED too!! my last option was to go to the gym in my dorm...needless to say, its pretty dumpy. its got an incline bench, flat bench, and scattered weights (not even all ful pairs) up to 65 lbs. i was determined to work out tho, so i said screw it, and started the workout.

                        turns out that the ph is really starting to get into full gear. i hit a new personal record on bench, and the whole workout was actually pretty sick. i was pumped as hell and my strength was way up...there wasnt a scale in the 12'x12' room (no lie), so ill weigh myself at my regular gym tomorrow--i cant wait to pile on the muscle and weight this week...i can feel it in me for sure!

                        i went to my girls place for the weekend, and people that hadnt seen me in two weeks were all tellin my gf that i was lookin swole and couldnt believe the change in size.

                        anyways, ill post my weight tomorrow...

                        oh yeah, im up to 8 sprays this week

                          Yeah...I started another M1T cycle finishing that bottle and 2 bottles of S1+ i had laying around. I shaved my chest last night and applied and I remember the burn very vividly. I forgot all about the burn since its been like 6 or 8 months since I touched S1+. I feel good today so ill hit the gym hard starting today. I had a back injury so havent seen any weights in over a month.

                            weight pre-workout was at 203.

                              DAY 17:

                              BLOWIN UP TODAY!

                              yesterday was an off day, and after a bad workout the day before, i KILLED IT on chest!

                              i forgot to weigh myself pre-workout, but my guess is that it was about 206, because it was 209 after (and i drank about half a gallon of water).

                              strength is way up, muscles are bigger, weight is up...
                              im back on track at 8 sprays 2x a day.

                                DAY 22:

                                Cycle is going great so far. Ive bumped the dosage up to 9-10 sprays each application. strength has continued to go up, although im starting to reach somewhat of a slowdown in weight gains. lately however, ive been noticing a rise in aggression outside of the gym. im not sure if i should attribute this to the s1+ or not, because ive had alot of personal things going on, but i just feel myself on edge about people, like just getting angrier about dumb shit alot easier. im about halfway done with my second bottle, and i hope to finish it off fully by the end of the week. after that, im planning on adding 2gs of 1test and 2gs of 4ad powder to the last bottle and continute that for 10-12 sprays a day for however long it lasts. today i also started swole v2. i figure itd be good to push out some last big pumps in these two weeks, and itll already be in my system for when i start pct with a couple a weeks of nolva and 6oxo. anyways, im happy with the results so far, and i cant wait to get to my last hardcore bottle of the s1+. Ill keep yall posted...
