    Im starting a six week cycle of s1+ monday. Reply to this thread and lemme know if ud like me to do a journal of progress/effects/dosage/gains/etc....

    i wont if theres no interest, but i figured it might be a help to anyone whos thinkin of tryin it or just curious about it.

    Of course do it. Post your beginning stats and do a weekly. You dont have to do daily if you dont want to. I did a S1+ cycle and its worked pretty good. Good Luck.

        Alright, so today was my first day of taking the S1+. Here's the rundown:

        Height: 5'11.5"
        Weight: 196 (in the afternoon pre-workout..no scale in the dorm)
        BF: never checked??
        Cycle: 6 weeks with 3 bottles of S1+ (3rd bottle will have 2 gs of 1-test and 2 gs of 4-ad added)
        PCT: 2 bottles of 6-oxo, Nolva if necessary

        Supps:
        S1+ (6 sprays twice a day as of right now)
        Whey Protein
        Multi (vitamin world)
        Ripped Fuel (w.ephedra)---if i feel i need the push
        Ive also got some San T3 lying around, but im not sure yet if im gonna take it with the cycle...any thoughts?
        still takin glucosamine and MSM for the elbows

        Ive taken three weeks off due to tendinitis recently, stuck with cardio, so today was my first workout back.

        I put on 6 sprays on my chest this morning--it was a little more than i expected to come out, but it spread pretty evenly i think. I let it dry for like 5 minutes but then had to throw a shirt on to go to my morning lecture (it definitely wasnt dry yet). I think from now on im gonna split the sprays up to different body parts so it dries faster and spreads easier. No problems otherwise, as i kinda liked the tingle it left.

        I just formulated a new workout routine for the cycle, and if yall want me to post it id be happy to. Its lots of compound movements ans a few supersets. Low reps, high weight.

        Workout tonite was awesome, chest and shoulders, and I think that the break that i jsut took really helped my strength. I felt better than ever, and thankfully had no problems with my elbows. I cant wait for the S1+ to kick in by week 2 or 3...if it feels this good and pumped now to be back, the ph effect is gonna be sick.

        Im yet to do my application tonite, but i foresee it goin much smoother than this mornin.

        PS- EDVEDR...the chest is shaved and the tie's gone

            I would leave off the t3 for now. If posible I would pick up some clen and run it after to get rid of water and cut up. That is when I would run the t3.I dont think it has the same effect as real t3 so I wouldnt worry about burning your gains. The clen will actually help hold on to them. I ran it after my last 2 ph cycles and loved it.(clen that is)

              Not too much to report on day 2 of the cycle. Workout was intense, and im eating like a hog. if i could only get a bit more sleep, id be golden...lookin forward to day 3!

              o ya, i put the s1+ on my tricep this morning, and i noticed that a little while after it was pretty red and lookin irritated. By the end of the day it cleared up though, and tonite its going on the chest. i was freakin tired today, but im attributing that to the 5 hrs of sleep that i got last nite...damn lazyass roommate!!! Hunger is way up tho, and the workouts are going great so far. no complaints just yet!

                Phil don't expect to see strength gains until the earliest the end of week 2. You should put some initial water weight from the 4-AD, but the muscle gains should start in week 3. Good luck!

                  Yeah, from what ive read thats what it looks like. im not expecting anything til around week three, and as it is, im just tryin to make up for lost time in the break that i just had to take for my tendinitis. And because it wont really be til the 3rd week that it really starts kickin into gear, i made the decision to do the 6 week cycle. I really just want to get all that i can out of the cycle. for now im just takin my time, workin out like an animal, and havin a hell of a time bein back in the gym. thanks for the encouragement bro

                      HA! man, i feel like i been smokin weed all day cause ive got the munchies BIG TIME and ALL the time!! I been eatin pretty clean--basic meats, eggs, etc...supplementing with whey protein, slim fast drinks, and protein bars...i was so hungry today at one point and was craving kosher salami that i went next door to the market and picked up a roll of hebrew national--had 3/4 of it and saved the rest for later--the sodium is a big no-no, but i figure at how much water im drinkin i should be ok. for my first meal this morning i had 6 eggs and a cup of oatmeal...i eat what i can, and when i can---any suggestions on good quick meals for throughout the day?

                        If you are running your cycle for 6 weeks I strongly suggest Nolvadex instead of 60X0.

                          Sodium is not the devil. Good quick meals are tuna, peanut butter, milk, hard boiled eggs, beef jerky. Whatever it takes to get your cals in. Unfortunately I have to use an MRP nowadays and if you think it's right for you I would look into VPX's Micellean MRP. It has the best ingredient profile on the market.

                            Day 5 update:

                            All is well 5 days into my cycle. The workouts have been great and really intense this week. im not sure if its placebo effect or not, bc its only the first week, but today my muscles had an exceptionally thick pump (more than usual). Ive put on a couple pounds of what Im pretty sure is water weight, too.
                            Yesterday morning the sprayer was messing up and the amount that came out of the bottle was pretty innacurate. I cleaned it out tho, and its spraying full and fine now. Ive been spraying between 6 and 7 sprays each time, and i think starting on this coming monday (the beggining of week 2) Im gonna take 7 sprays twice a day. I figure that Ill finish the first bottle by the end of next week (does that sound about right? ).

                            I have had no sides at all to report, and the application is getting easier every time (ive been using gloves). My eating has been quite heavy and pretty clean for the most part,and i took your advice and picked up some tuna, jerky, and peanut butter to snack on. My body has begun to look a little fuller, and i am attributing that for the most part to the water that im holding. anyways, just thought id check in with yall about my progress so far. all's well bros, and ill probably post again on monday or tuesday with the latest update
