all the points are true though in this thread even though DC didnt ask for any of them except when to take proper servings.

1. GNC is a huge high price rip off
2. Cell-tech is colored WAY over priced sugar
3. avoid disputes on this website if you want helpful advice
4. This site can and will teach you every possible aspect of bodybuilding or what ever, more then any book can in my opinion


ehhh that's just my 2 cent's, not every will prolly agree. thats just what i gathered. 1 & 2 should be published in the bodybuilding Commandments.
