If your not worried about the money just take one serving(10gs creatine) ed after you lift. I just want to point out though most people can get by on 5gs of creatine. So I would just take a half serving ed after lifting. As for cell-tech being shit I don't see it because it worked fine for me when I took it awhile back. The only problem with it is its a little pricey.

I got a friend whose wife works for one of the top 5 distribution companies in the nation that sells to GNC, Max Muuscle and that and it something you better stay a way from.

I don't know about you but I sure as hell don't want 71g of sugar per serving in my cratine.

DO some homework and look at SAN V12 or MHP TRAC or something better.

Go to DPSnutrition.com and find better prices. GNC will always stay in business 'cause there is a sucker born every minute!!!!!!!!

I fell for the Cell-Tech hype about a year-and-a-half ago. I shit you not, my back broke out so bad I could hardly do anything on the bench. I couldn't even wear white shirt due to all the blood. All that freaking sugar had some kind of adverse effect on me. Stick with plain creatine bro. You'll see the same results without all that fucking sugar.

Man, I don't need to worry about money either, but if you buy some good dextrose or maltidextrose add 5gms of creatine and your fav protein and blend you will have a far better product and way less expensive. call me a newb, and cuss at me, but i used cell-tech and it worked very well for me, i bought it at a place that sells all their products at really low prices, so i got a 7lb tub for $40, half off of GNC i believe. i like gnc to, they are everywhere so if you need to get some vitamins quick or anything its not hard to find one. i took 2 scoops after each work out and 1 scoop on days off, i did not load. i quit taking it half way in the tub because i stopped working out. i gained 12 lbs from it which is the most i have ever gained from anything.

Cell Tech may be overpriced as may be GNC but for some people the strip mall GNC may be the best local alternative. Another off topic...if anybody does know of someplace with better prices than DPS, I'd sure appreciate the info. At the moment I'm mainly using AST, and Beverly products. (protein, mrp's, dextrose, and L Glutamine)
