guys, i just arrived from GNC, with a CELL TECH ( orange flavored ) and I don't get the directions:
This is what they wrote :
DIRECTIONS: For the first five days (loading stage) : Take two servings daily, one in the morning and the other twelve hours later or immediately after your workout. 2 MAINTENANCE STAGE: Take one serving immediately after your workout, or take serving upon awakening on non-working out days. For optimum taste , mix two scoops, of CELL TECH, mix with 12 oz of cold water.
Now , before I ask any questions should I follow their instructions or you have better following for a better results ??
This is what I don't understand correct me if I'm wrong :
For the first 5 days I take, 2 scoops in the morning and then 2 scoops after my workout..( thats total of 2 servings a day ( 4 scoops ) after those 5 days are gone I take only one servign a day which is 2 scoops no 4 like in the first 5 days...I can either take, 1 serving after my workout or that same serving after i wake up..but only if I'm not workin out...u followin me ?
