Creatine monohydrate

My good broski is sponsored pro and he gets all kinds of free stuff and has always gave me free stuff .

I ran into him yesterday and the first thing he says is do you need creatine lol.

Somehow he got free vitamin shoppe stuff and gave me there brand creatine monohydrate.

I have never used there stuff anyone here have some experience with there store brand supps???

their products are excellent man. i use a ton of their stuff and it is top notch and even though cheaper it is online or better than the most expensive products out there. their berberrine is one of the best i have ever used and pretty much the only one i will get

Never used their stuff particularly but creatine is just plain good as a general rule.

I started using the VS berberine mainly from guns suggesting it after trying many other brands I’m pleased with it. I would say their creatine is G2G. Not to mention being free and creatine prices have syrocketed recently.

Yeah the vitamin shoppe brand stuff is great. I use a lot of supplements from them. The creatine I use is the Body Tech brand, which I believe is them as well.

I think I was hoping for another extra pound a year from the pure hahaha
