i like doing those as well. organic chicken bone broth ground turkey and jasmine or ground turkey with red potatoes and chicken bone broth. it is something i add in on occasion to switch up what i am doing. right now i am on a cinnamon splenda and splash of sugar free almond milk in my rice. another good one i do is i put my ground turkey in with taco seasoning mix that up with my rice put a little light cheese and a couple tbl spn of salsa. all good ways to avoid processed breads and stuff but still getting good food in. i do like to do the carb control tortillas but they arent very filling hahaOriginally posted by Yohimbe View PostI did a Stan Efferding monster mash lol.
