Guns here is my take on it.
So we know, muscles have to be stimulated and broken down to grow. Some anti oxidants reduce inflammation and reduce muscle growth slightly.
This may do that BUT... it can allow you to train harder, longer and more often while having less oxidants in your body. So your gains at worse would be about even either way. You might as well take it for your overall health feeling better and having less inflammation in your body.

Been using this since this post. I have a massive amount of inflammation in my body. I notice zero and zero when doubling dose. It’s def not one that works for me.

It may be working. It is probably reducing inflammatory bio markers and protecting your arteries and heart. Just because it is not effecting perceived inflammation does not mean you are not benefiting from it brother.Originally posted by 6p6 View Post

I have found smaller meals, variety of veggies, cutting out processed food, no alcohol and here is one we do not think about...gear has BA, BB, and who knows what else when it comes from UG labs. shit man i know ug stuff isnt on par completely with stuff straight out of the pharm but i will be damned if one of the cyps i get from the pharm isnt painful as all hell. it all has ba/bb in it and the pharm stuff is 100% clean but the cica cyp i have is hot as fire at only 200mg ml the other compounded and even the ug i use at 300mg/ml are both painless haha. the compounded one is as thin as water but is 125 bucks for 5ml. i told the doc hell man i can get 4 or 5 10ml bottles for that amount 100mg higher. he told me that's the price you pay to be legit and legal haha. my normal pharm script is only 6 bucks for 5mls thoughOriginally posted by jipped genes View PostIt may be working.
