the kumbuca does wonders for digestion. i like kimchi also for the same reason and a little spice.
i have been on a little turkey burrito kick myself the last couple of weeks. i use the carb control low gi tortillas to stay in my macros. toss in some low or no sugar taco sauce and lite cheese and it is just as good as the real thing to meTGBSupplements REP

Nice! I cook a lot. Mostly grill or smoke on the BBQ. Not all healthy food but always delicious.
