Vita D3 with K2

Had several labs run and not surprised by the loooow D. Started a new supp and hoping it helps. What brand do you all take? This is the one I am taking

Is one brand better than another? I take a wal mart brand D3. Its probably bunk with no D3 in it. LOL I got some K2 from swanson.

I am a big believer in the quality difference in supplements. What led me too that was my inability to tolerate so many different things. I was able to narrow things down to fillers that bother me and can really make supps crap. I always research, before I buy. Now that is just me but if something works for you than that's great! I'm just a sensitive person too stuff.

I have heard that brand is legit. I was using D3 that my dad gave me, his doc prescribed it to him...? never heard of a script for D3.

I use the same K2. (after Dr Rhonda recommended it)

As for D3, my fish oil has 2000 iu per and I take 2 ED.

I do not know if the two together is beneficial but just to get your D3 levels normal is good.

yes and from what i understand in order for proper uptake they need the addition of sea iodine, cant remember off the top of my head if it is for the d or the k but one of them it is necessary to work properly. not just good for bones but it helps with the heart and cleans out the arteries also

My D3 is the Now brand. Actually, as I'm looking at it, a lot of my supps are the Now brand lol. Might switch over to the Life Extension and give it a try.
