    My prework out

    I have to admit that using these 2 together I get a great pump energy workout. I still love. BULK by transparent but it doesnt have agmatine sulfate in it . I think all PW should have that on it.20191013_141606.jpg this is a good stack

    A buddy of mine was talking about giving that Total War a try. I've never used anything from Redcon1, but I see their advertisements everywhere.

      I have tried quite a few over the years, I don't use them too often because my heart's already pounding enough doing Kempo or lifting. But they do help when I'm jus needing an extra lil kick in the ass.         This is a new one I'm trying. By far my favorite, I'm pretty low tolerant to stimulants, reason why I don't drink coffee. But this stuff is pretty even keeled and really helps when or if I get that late afternoon crashing fatigue. The only problem I have with this is the taste IT'S SO GOOD !
