    I would say it depends on your goals.If you want to be a full blown bodybuilder then probably not. If you are like me and want to be in good shape but dont want to compete then a couple of cheat meals a week is not that bad IMO.Like i said It depend on you, the more you cheat the the more you hinder progress.

      I found it better for myself to have one every two weeks. When i was having one every week, i found my weight loss stalling somewhat.

      My cheats usually consist of heavy starches and carbohydrates. So, it's better for me to space them out bi-weekly; as i have a tendency to pack the pounds on if i don't watch it.

          I have a cheat day once every 2 or 3 weeks. I have a cheat meal about once every 10 days.
          My addictions are more bizarre by far than digging holes in my arms - My
          weirdness goes beyond skin deep, I'm a freak, I'm a geek, I bite the Meak .
