If you guys need a diuretic look no further than these 2 herbs. Don't use them together just use 1 or the other. Both are great.

celery seed and vit c also will get you to pull water. you can high dose vit c pretty high for the desired effect safely

it works insane pissing every hour ya know. but after 2 wks you gotta take a break. great short term but body needs water ya know

I actually found that out the hard way a while back lol. Felt like I was starting to get sick and bumped up my vitamin c dose pretty heavy... definitely works.

I took a break from the nettle. I had bottle bater drinking all the time and still felt dry

Stinging nettle is also good as it has a mild effect in reducing congestion due to allergy. 300mg of extract helps me out. I also read that it MAY have a mild affinity to bind with SHBG which would in theory mean slightly more free test in the blood.
