unfortunately for me it destroyed my guts. it is good stuff but my body doesnt handle it at all

i ran out of my tn protein and was in a pinch a few weeks back. so i picked up some dymatize iso while i waited for my order to come in. i used it in the past with no issues but this time it did the exact same thing. it wrecked my stomach. so i have to use tn protein only from now on i guess
