I have been on this huge cinnamon and honey kick lately. I'm seriously putting cinnamon on almost everything lol. Adding honey to certain things like my oatmeal too. I know cinnamon has a lot of good benefits, but is there a point when it's too much? Anyone else use a lot of cinnamon?

Re: Cinnamon and honey
Exactly! I believe the dozing of 2 tablespoons a day is some sort of miracle but dam that is a ton of cinnamon! I’ve seen some interesting data if you can consume all that!Originally posted by guns01 View Postno limit on it that i am aware of man. i use a cinnamon supp and put it on almost all my foods as well. i also have a heaping tbl spn of raw organic honey daily as well.

Re: Cinnamon and honey
Just be careful with honey..if you buy the cheapest stuff there is a good chance it is cut with rice syrup from China.
Watch the 1st episode of Rotten on Netflix and they get into the honey situation....
There is more demand for honey than what is produced and China had been pulling a fast one for quite a while now...
