Looking for a basic Amino to take . The least amount of ingredients the better. Whats your fave and why? Fuzo always has Amino Energy he takes but it still has to many things in it for me.

Got a tub of Xtend Elite. I take it pwo when lifting and between lifting and cardio when doing both. I can actually feel a recharge. Id recommend it.

go with straight powder with nothing in it. i use eaa from true nutrition myself. i watched a video by the god father of aminos (cant remember the docs name but he is supposed to be the top expert on amino supplementation blah blah. he states that anything other than essential amino use is a waste and can be worse than using nothing at all. i will have to look back and see if i can find the video

Thanks guns, I will check that out. I like my supps as pure as I can get them without musch of anything else in them
