If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Here is some good info on how to improve gut health. I learned a lot from a pod cast i was listening to this morning. I never knew that we had good and bad gut flora, the bad feeds off sugar and thats what makes us crave sugary foods. The good flora helps use fat but if we consume sugary foods the bad grows and stops the good flora from doing its job. Crazy shit huh?

i am sitting around 290 now man and we are trying to process more food properly. i dont need the appetite help at all but the other aspects are what we are going for. i stay hungry 24/7 regardless if i eat 2k or 8k cals a day
