I was going through my supplements and found some micronized creatine. I know very little about it.

What is the best way to take it?
    What does it actually do?
    Adverse reactions?

    Re: creatine

micronized just means that it is super fine powder as opposed to granular. that's the kind that i use and like best. adverse effects are nil and it is probably the most studied supplement that we have. 5g a day pre or post workout and you are good to go. it does a ton of good things and increasing lean mass is one of them. or should i say helping to increase lean mass

Make sure to drink plenty of water while you cycle it. Creatine also helps to hold water in muscle giving you fuller look and increasing strength. Nothing too crazy but a nice little boost. I used to take it while off cycle to help physically and mentally feel stronger and bigger.

I usually notice it after the first week or so. A little more fullness, little more strength. One of my main supplements I keep in my Arsenal always.
