True believer in apple cider vinegar but...

Hey guys been using AC religiously for almost a year and I truly believe in this stuff...but last month or so I just can't stomach it anymore (taste and swallowing) so switched to capsules. ThAt being said I don't feel the caps are as effective! So that leads me to believe I'm not taking enough. So I used to do at least 1oz shot per day but mostly 2 shots. Most AC in cap form comes in 400-500mg. Any idea what the conversion would be? I used Braggs AC that you can get in fro Jerry store...says 1tbs is 15ml so in cap form do I need to be taking 3-4 times the dose?

The conversion is rough because of density. Not only is AC denser than water but your trying to convert a powder?

have you tried taking a break from ACV for 2-3 weeks? after that the shots might be tolerable again.

taste like stinky feet,lol. I cant tolerate ACV at all as it inflames me up, 6p6 the capsules are better tolerated for you? This is a word problem so I have to get my math skills going here. Hang tight 6p6

Okay, what I came up with said that 500mg converts to .5ml and now I dont know where we are at! What brand caps are you using?

I think I've just gotten so used to the taste I don't even notice it any more. I use the Braggs brand as well. I actually don't even mix mine in water now, I just pour some in a shot glass and take it like a shot of whiskey.

I put a few drops of mio in it. still does not taste good but way better. I stopped taking it as i could discern no benefits.

I've got a couple different cap brands all are around 500mg...so effectively in the cap form you'd need 30 cap servings to equal one shot of 15ml? No wonder it's not the same!

That's where I was too but for whatever reason I can hardly take it anymore. Just being a wus I guess lol
