lol This was my best shape ever. I did the MO state in july at 183lbs and by my last show, the KS State, in November i was 198lbs, bigger and leaner. I hadnt done cardio since June 1st. Diet was "flexible". I ate pretty clean but did enjoy cheeseburgers, alexia fries and refeeds. That really worked well for me. Im taking 2015 off and aiming for a few shows in 2016. Not sure which one(s) yet. Basically i eat a certain amount of macros per meal, per day. Then on my leg day i have my pwo shake and carbs then about an hour or 2 later i get an extra 200g of carbs. Its very filling and often knocks me out. I can eat those 200g of carbs all at once or spread out over my next meals. I prefer to try and eat them all at one sitting, i love the carb coma. Now some use a refeed to have a cheat meal. thats not optimal in my book but to each their own. On my refeed day i get a total of 500-600g of carbs. My body responds to it VERY well. My good friend just got his IFBB Pro card and his refeed is 1000g carbs from potatoes and 2 gals water.
