The trip was awesome and the resort and service were insane. We stayed in the presidential casita and had a personal butler, driver, private pool and beach right out our backyard.

Yeh well Being on PCT and the food and drinks this last week have made me feel a little soft but I'm getting back on track Mikey. Dude eat eat eat and lift HEAVY! Try the anabolic workout FIST posted or a Dorian Yates style routine. That's what always helps me pack on size!
