If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.

The diet has been in check and the cardio had been increased.
I just don't know if my change in diet plan this year was a wise move.
GOOD WORK SAL!!! Hey bro I was stuck for a few weeks and hit a plateau..If that happens hit me up maybe we can chat...I changed a few things and worked great..BUT its good to see you getting serious...looking good bro..looks like you added some mass without extra bf, which is the key.

I had a carb up day yesterday and those are actually the hardest for me mentally.
I pump up big time and the muscle fill back out and vascularity get's off the hook - but I feel like I'm not losing any BF and mentally it's hard.
I do know I look better than the pics came out but I'm still not where I want to be. If I was contest ready and shredded four weeks out I would feel at ease but we all know that's not optimal either.
So it's a fine line to walk, don't lean out too soon or you'll lose too much muscle but get in shape enough so you don't have to crash and starve the last week either.
Such is the constant battle we face getting ready for the shows.

It can be done but it also slows the getting ripped process.
Now I'm in full "drop the fat" mode with some extra cardio thrown in and some extra supps that we'll talk about.
