Due to the extreme peer pressure I figured I had to post these.
The "fat pics" are from tonight, I would have had some better ones but I was doing this solo and my wife was already in bed.

The other pics are from my last contest.

Contest pics were at a weight just under 210
The fat pics are approx. 265

Sorry but there's no tan yet and I have yet to shave---no need to being this chunky still.

Look good bro, Almost hard to believe it's the same same person in the pics. I don't doubt it at all but what a transformation. I can't imagine dieting down to that show look. I give all you guys props that do that.

The next show is set for early May.
THat's IF I decide to do it.
I am going to start the hard dieting and cardio, etc.
If it works out then I will, if other things come up, so be it.

I know I made good improvements on my hams, calves, back and tris, even though my back still needs a major amount of work.
It's just so hard to tell what improvements were made being so soft still. That's usually my #1 motivation for dieting, then if I feel good about the progress I decide to do the show.
I see no point in getting on stage looking the same of not at least FEELING like I imporved.
It is supposed to be fun - - isn't it?
