      im 5'7and some change, 190 @ 8%. with some hard training, suplementation, and a good diet, the world is your bro. i like being short u get that box effect.

              I know how you feel, squats are a big pain in the arse. I workout at home too and I'm tall so its tough to fit under my bar. I only do 200 and thats kind of rough for me to manuever out of its placement.
