5'7 181 lbs too damn much b/f. Holding alot of water . Figured I would post mine since I like to see others plus it will motivate me because now I cant post another till I look a hell of alot better. let the flaming begin
I know I do. I lost like 50 pounds, mainly fat. I look alot better than I did. Currently trying to bulk
To lose 50 lbs of fat is amazing! Step back and reevaluate how you look at yourself! You're doing a great job and heading in the right direction. Take that right arm of yours and reach behind your back and give yourself several pats because you deserve it. Just stick with it and you'll progress beyond your wildest imagination! I think you look great! Keep up the good work and keep charging ahead!
50 lbs?!?! WOW! I wish I could lose 5! (or 15! *lol*) CONGRATS!! Sounds like you have the tools necessary to meet your goals, since you have come this far already! What are your new training goals now that you have lost so much?

So it doesnt seem like I was huge, I was only 200 but with barely any muscle. I got down to 150 and couldnt stand being so small so I started gaining. 180 now. alot of the fat came back but alot more muscle too. its been a couple years to get here. Lifting off and on now im going full force. Thanks for the kind words

Basic compound movements (ie: squats, deadlifts, rows, etc...) and HEAVY. You are on the road to being one of the "larger than normal."
Anytime you do a bulker you will gain fat - the process in gaining as much muscle as necessary unfortunately also includes putting on adipose tissue. In any event - congrats on your dedication to change.
