    Hey everyone! Im new to the board and just wanted to introduce myself. Here are some links to my deadlifting and posing pics. Not competing , just trying to get as big and powerful as possible. Havent done any cycles yet and have been training 9 straight years since I was 14. I was 115lbs and am now 185-195lbs at 5'8.

    Some Short-term Goals:

    Flat Bench Press: 405 unassisted and raw by december

    Rack Lock-outs: 500 Soon!

          No. Havent tried those yet. Its difficult for me to break out of my own routine and try something I dont know too much about. Maybe one day. Im still not taking any drugs (Just NO2 from GNC)
          so I think that makes a difference. Ive seen juiced up guys grow from anything. I want to atleast build a solid base first, If I ever go on the stuff. ThanX for the feedback!
