      ThanX alot brother!! Thats my favorite out of the 4 tats I have. Plan to get alot more in the future. Piercings as well. No, I cant draw for shit! haha. I had a random tattoo artist go freestyle with the ideas. Didnt see it until it was done, though I had an idea. Was real satisfied with the outcome though. ThanX again!!

                        Dude, have you ever noticed if all the women and children leave when you get to the gym. LOL. Your puttin up some good numbers, keep up the good work. Hopefully your back doesn't keep you out for too long. Best of luck hittong your goals and then some.

                              haha One time I was with my training partner for chest and stopped at a redlight. This old man was right next to us. He took one look at me and shot right through the red light. Cracked my ass off! Maybe it was the death metal being blasted also. Other then that I get alot of stares and mothers pulling thier children aside, etc. haha Heard an old lady say "Oh, my God!" once. ThanX brother!! Always trying to get stronger! Ive been at 185 for a few years now. Though now Im more like 188 waking up (clothed) and 191-195 on a full stomache (clothed). But with no clothes or food I am probabally around 185. Though my measurements and strength have increased drastically. Cant figure it out. My BF% definately hasnt decreased over the years. Crazy shit. I hope to heal up by next week! Id be so happy. I will have to resist the strong temptation to go into the gym. I know even if I trained my arms Id start going heavy and probabally strain my back more. So I think I should just rest. Keep me posted on your progress as well!!!! Always inspires me to see new PR's!!!!!!!!!!!
