            very nice lifting bro. Did you get that back straightened out on the 505? Either way, it looks like you're one of the few hard core people in that gym there. Nice!

I use straps most of the time since the gym Im at *****es about chalk, and when Im doing reps on deadlifts, the chalk tears up my hands real good. Ive pulled and held 700+ with chalk only, off the rack, and deadlifting with the bar behind my legs. So my grip is decent. Can still grip more then I can pull off the ground atleast. I hurt my back pulling 600lbs off the floor, with the bar behind the legs. 585 came up pretty easily, then with 600 my form got a little sloppy. Felt a nice pull, was walking a little crooked. haha Then 6 days later came back into the gym to max out on the bench. Everything was going well, my strength was good, with some slight pain, then on my last set when I went to rep with 275 I brought it down to my chest and felt a cracking in the right side of my upper back. Where the shoulder blade meets the scapula. I reracked the weight. Since then it hasnt gone away. Has been pissing me off! ThanX again!

                ThanX brother!! Awesome pics by the way. Look fucking thick and ripped! Yes I got my back straight. The pics were taken at all different intervals of the lift. That was the only pic that caught something inbetween lockout and lift off. It was right before locking out. The hardest part for me is always getting it over the knee caps, once I get it past that point, I can basically lean back and shrug it up. ThanX again!!

                      No. That wouldve been nice! On the first of december is when I injured my back. Anxious to still break 400 I came back six days after my lower back injury to max out on bench. Thats when I pulled out my upper back. So thats set me back for a while. Im not sure when Ill even be benching 300+ again. I was right around 370 on flat bench and 360 on incline when it happened. I definately think I wouldve got alot closer in december if not for the injury. Was still using a flat backed BB style, not tucking elbows or using any equipment at all. Hope to come back even stronger in time. Just hate waiting! ThanX for asking!!
