legs and back are your foundation for your entire body. strong legs make you more effective at everything. nothing aggervates me more than seeing someone with a fantastic physique and chicken legs and i have heard every excuse under the sun as to why. my knees are bad, my back is bad, i have to still run because i am on active duty. their is absolutely no excuse as to why your body cannot match. i am as messed up as a football bat and i have pretty good legs, so i dont like to hear any excuses as to why i cant do this or that.
for you, you have to find that happy middle ground of not to little and not to much. roll them puppies out really well pre and post and lay on the floor with your feet straight up on the wall to keep the swelling and inflamation down. that should keep you on track and making progress

if my programming doesnt call for adductor work, i will sneak it in just for that reason. the sore inner thighs ruin everything lol, sex walking standing sitting down and pretty much everything. you cant roll them or really do anything to loosen them up either other than groin stretches and that doesnt go all the way down. if they dont swell or aggervate you to badly you could probably work those as well as your abductors every day, even as a light little warm up.
I tried to roll them after but it doesnt look so great while doing that in the gym,lol.
haha i am far to big to even try and do that lol. no way and my shoulder wont let me roll my hams so those two areas i am screwed. the gym the mrs works at has these heavy steel rolling bars that you use in a similar way, you have your partner apply the pressure or you do it yourself. very effective but painful at the same time
My head needed a workout so I met my bestie for lunch and then did some rebounding on my mini tramp. better than nothin! I did cook good dinners all week though so progress is happening and fuzo is appreciating good home cooking, happy hubby happy mama. Next weeks gym goals is to get Fuzo to the gym with me in the morning. he prefers afternoons and I prefer mornings, so its time to do some compromising
Some HIIT yesterday and abs. It wiped me the hell out. I could barely make it through the day and my legs were weak as hell. As much as I love doing that kind of cardio it isnt good right now. Ate great and made a yummy new dinner. Today will be a chill day

cool thing about that stuff is you are working the muscle and your heart in a short period of time. and yes it is taxing as can be that's why it is kept short and sweet. now recover and chill and eat too

Yeah HIIT kills me energy wise. I personally don't do it that often and my legs get sore from it as well. I will stick to my brisk walks for now. Good work keep it up!

Yeah people with adrenal issues or fibromyalgia respond better to lower intensity exercise. I was like this until I got my adrenals checked. Keep at it.
Got a good leg workout and cardio in yesterday. Yep it was to much and today I am down with the flu. Hope to get back in there tomorrow but take it easy.
