Felt good to get back yesterday! Cardio and some back then 20 minutes of my buddy FOAM ROLLER. Pretty soon I will e having a snack while doing a holding wall squat.
Pretty quiet day at the gym so no fun people stories.
Sure thankful for muscle memory! Probably all in my head but a good head is a good, productive, happy, baby1.
Day 2 ...no gym! I am remaining active and doing what I can at home. Always making sure my eating stays clean no matter what. Can't get out of the groove so its back there tomorrow.

nothing wrong with taking a couple days off baby1. that is especially if you are still moving around getting the blood pumping. myself on the other hand, on days off i dont do dick haha and tighten up bad
Out of the gym , over the weekend, but back at it yesterday! cardio and a little chest and triceps. Good workout and feelin a bit sore this morning. Eating is back on track! Another 3 day tournament this weekend so I am going to have to incorporate my workout at the ballpark.

back in the gym, yesterday, after a 3 day hiatus. Wasn't the best workout I have had but it was good for my mind. Now back to real leg workouts instead of potty squats
Never made it yesterday! last week was a WTF? week...grrrr. This one will be better. I managed to do some rebounding on my mini trampoline and some push ups and abs. Something is better than nothing. I did eat crap though and today paying for it.
