Ha! ive made the 50 club so not sure what if at all that helps but i was 407/3.2 with my test readings.. everything else came out really good surpisingly as i havent been to a doctor in over 10 years.
i forgot how fantastic you feel with a little testosterone.

i went to a mens clinic not a regular doctor if that matters, i do recommend tho.. no negatives as of yet

Yeah same here. I'm on the low end but they wont even consider trt for you unless you drop below 200.
ok, good man. from what all i have learned the past couple of years about heart health we were completely wrong on rbc and hemocrit being the biggest issue. same thing with lipids even though jacked up lipids are not good they arent the biggest issue. apo b and insulin are the big ones to watch out for. their are a couple other clotting factor ones also but that's the ones that all the docs talk about with bodybuilders and aas users. my doc doesnt even care so much about my rbc and hemocrit as long as it isnt making me feel like crap. he always watches those along with platletes and hemoglobin. if those get funky then we start making changes. that along with insulin and apo b obviously.

like i said take a look into getting checked out man. jump on gama e from life extension nattokinease and a good quality fish oil asap. i use morphogen nutritions omega that is both fish oil and nattokinease. i have it on a damn subscription service. those will thin out your blood protect your heart and improve your hdl. i am sure i will think of other stuff later since i have carb depleted brains right now.

your thyroid also looks a little low also

Good to know. I will need to get in the habit of checking this more often to figure out where I'm sitting regularly.

I'm honestly shocked its not lower with all the cycles and dumb shit ive done.

I started 250ish mg per week of test E and 125mg per week of primo per week the day after the blood test so its been 1 week of that so far. I'm doing daily subq injections of both.

Yesterday was also my first say of semgaglutide. Also doing daily subq injections of that instead of one giant dose per week.

as for compounds, it really doesnt matter what you run in reality they are all pretty much going to increase muscle which in turn will help you burn fat. i would prob keep the tren for when you get a little leaner. more inclined to go with test mast primo for a little estro control and not harsh. think of it as playing cards. first start with adding in cardio, when that stops working, then drop cals a little, when that stops then you can either add in a fat burner or even increase cardio etc..... you want to have options to prevent stalling and increasing cardio and cutting cals are the ones you want to hold off on as long as possible
Thank you guns your the man. I'm going to do this and see how things go.

According to the calculators online my base MBR is about 2,200 cals per day (this is where I made the mistake and cut my calories based on this number not my TDEE number, so the drop was way to drastic. Rookie mistake, lesson learned).

    According to this calculator online:

Basal Metabolic Rate 2,256 calories per day
    Sedentary 2,707 calories per day
Light Exercise 3,102 calories per day
Moderate Exercise 3,497 calories per day
Heavy Exercise 3,892 calories per day
    Athlete 4,286 calories per day

Any suggestions on where I should shoot for calories wise? 3,500? I will do 10k steps per day for cardio with as much of that fasted in the morning as possible + whatever I do normally steps wise throughout the day and I will add in daily weight lifting now too.

I just started primo 125mg per week and test e 250mg per week yesterday. Subq daily shots.

Now with this bomb shell I'm considering switching to test e, tren e, test e combo subq daily? Maybe I can add on enough muscle to help ramp up the metabolism and slowly start swapping fat for muscle or is that stupid thinking too?

Is there a monitor that you recommend? I looked on amazon last night and there's a ton of them with great reviews but also a lot of people are saying they are inconstant or inaccurate.
